The same thing happened to me last Sunday and I reset it manually. Weird. I think my clock came from QVC. Wonder if it's programmed incorrectly to switch to daylight savings time?

Didn't they change when DST starts & ends? I think that's what messed it up. I gave up on my smart clock a few years ago.

There's probably a switch somewhere on the unit to have central time, pacific time, etc as the default. I have this with my atomic clock.

Our clocks do the same thing. When DST changed, the clocks change on the old schedule and not the new. A real pain.

I have one that has an older program from before the date of DST was changed. It needs to have the time set by hand. My other atomic clocks get a radio wave that sets the clocks so they change on the correct date. Two different brands use different locations for locating the time so one changes an hour before the other.

I think it is out of date programing, as mine has the same issues. It is a not-so-smart clock now. I don't rely on it to reset correctly so I just set it manually.

Check for any updates for your phones? Mine was fine.

I have a VERY old Accu-rite smart (not so smart) clock. It does the crazy daylight savings thing (hard coded in someplace). Unfortunately, it has no way to manually set the time, only the alarm. So, I was ok remembering it was an hour off part of the year. But, then it suddenly gained 15 minutes. So it was always 15 minutes fast even when the hour part is correct. I gave up and pitched it. Glad you weren't late for something!!
