WORST WORST WORST EXPERIENCE w/QVC/UPS/Mrs. PRINDABLES

I am soooooooo DISGUSTED and so DISAPPOINTED with what I have learned today about my order on Mrs. Prindables 14 pc. Chocolate Crunch Apples & 2 Bonus!!!!!!!!!

WHAT A SHAME QVC!!!!!!!! WHAT A SHAME!!!!!!

I put my trust on your company ordering gifts for Christmas and this is what happens! I have ordered this particular item days ago and supposed to be delivered on the 20th of December. Well, LO AND BEHOLD....it was delivered TODAY at 13:15 pm........YES, IT WAS DELIVERED TODAY, NOT IN MY ADDRESS, NOT IN THE STATE WHERE I LIVE.....BUT IN ANOTHER STATE!!!!! QVC, HOW IN THE WORLD DID THIS HAPPEN? CAN'T THEY READ? CAN'T THEY READ THE SHIPPING ADDRESS WHERE IT SHOULD BE DELIVERED??????????

WHO IS TO BLAME ON THIS......all three of you......QVC< MRS> PRINDABLES< and UPS!!!! How disappointing, I am giving this out for CHRISTMAS GIFTS, and now I cannot. Called Customer Service, and the only thing they could do is a quick "I'M SORRY....."Would you want another order placed but it will not arrive on CHRISTMAS DAY!!!!! Or would you want a refund?????" BSSSSSSSSS*************IT!!!!!!!! Is this all you have to say, I have ordered these for gifts to be given out and because of NEGLIGENCE THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS!!!!!! HOW DISGUSTING!!!!! I had to order another food gift on HSN, which I was able to get before the 25th of DECEMBER!!!!!!!

THis is disgusting, not only this has happened. Another day, I was expecting my Table Mate, WELL GUESS what????? It says again DELIVERED, but there is no box on my front porch.....OF COURSE, Customer Service has sent already a replacement......WHAT NEGLIGENCE is HAPPENING with QVC???????

QVC, I am so disappointed with your services, most especially during the Holidays! I would like to speak with your Corporate people about this as this has not happened only once to me, but twice already during the holidays.
