Good evening everyone. My heading looks messed up becp kindle was totally messing up while I was trying to type. I haven't been on much. I have been feeling awful with MS symptoms. Lower back and legs have been hurting and messing up my balance and I couldn't stand for more than a minute. I went yestauday morning to get set up for steroid infusion for 5  days.. I'm allready starting to feel better. Have a great night everyone.

@Pooky1   Feel better.  Sorry to hear you aren't feeling well.

I bought a chuck roast yesterday.  It will get cooked tomorrow with carrots and onions.  Will make some mashed potatoes too.  I made some sugar free jello with fruit cocktail today.  I still make this every few months.  It's a light treat we enjoy.  Haha, does anyone still make jello?

@Pooky1,

Sorry to hear your MS is giving you grief and glad infusions offer some well needed relief.

Since you asked about what’s cooking, for me it’s homemade chicken soup / stew. Maybe a Turkey breast with mash potatoes, and for sure some honey teriyaki salmon with steamed spinach and roasted cauliflower. And of course my stand by - endless servings of romaine with just a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of sea salt. If I switch up my salad, it’s usually escarole as the substitute. I have to share some escarole leaves with my ginger cat Toby. He loves the stuff. Go figure.

Anyway, enough food talk, I’m getting hungry!
I hope you feel better and enjoy a trouble-free week. Take Care Pooky1.

I hope you feel better soon, @Pooky1.

DH and I are still away.  The celebration of life service for our friend was precious.  DH thought he was only having a part in it but he ended up officiating the whole thing.  He did a good job and the family was pleased.  We head home today and we will be stopping to see another friend on the way.   We'll be home late but that's ok.

Happy February all! ❤️

Started off with a cup of tea and a scrambled cajun egg with some homemade bread.

I am going to get out my locknlock and make some meal prep meals later today for the week.

I hope everyone has a wonderful, warmer, peaceful month.

I will probably have leftover soup; only made 8 qts!  Trucker daughter took some with her, but there's plenty left for me to enjoy all week.
