@sharke , you were born with spare adrenals. Coffee would be overkill.

I have a different kind of system: caffeine relaxes me.

Sometimes, when I wake up at night, I'll get up and make a cappuccino (using Tim Horton's canned mix). It calms me down and I can return to bed, getting a fine sleep.

(The coffee drink you've presented looks DELICIOUS.)

@Oznell  Wonderful!

I've been making that whipped coffee since the beginning of the year when I saw a recipe online. It's originally called Dalonga Coffee.  LOVE it!

I have since tweaked mine.  Instead of plain milk, I add a little Bailey's Irish Cream.  That makes the milk a little sweater, and more decadent.  I drink one as a dessert.

I have also added a bit of vodka and Kahula and milk  -- a White Russian [I use milk instead of heavy cream in my White Russians] -- and then put the whipped coffee on top.  Delicious!

I will pick up breakfast or lunch once a week at our locally owned coffee shop.  I'm not a coffee drinker but I know she's added whipped coffee to her menu.  Only the whole thing is whipped and not just a dollup of it over milk.

I've been making this once a week for my husband and me as a special treat and a change from our hot coffee.  I use Lakanto Monk Fruit Sweetener with the instant coffee and hot water.  Put it over ice and almond milk.  It's important to stir well after you put the whipped coffee on top.  Drinking that alone is quite strong.

Well @Oznell  , that looks so good that now I want Haagen Dazs coffee ice cream with hot fudge drizzled over it. Of course, I don't have either one in the house. Grrr. Lol
