Vitamix

Bought TSV Vitamix few weeks ago. I was so excited to receive it that I traced its arrival every day. Received it 3 days ago and it's on its way back to QVC. It wouldn't start...so disappointed. I bought one at Costco and actually got a better deal. QVC customer service was nice about it. My guess is they must have received it back from another customer and didn't check to see that it worked before the re-sent it to another customer (me).
