I took the plunge & ordered the tsv Vitamix 7500. There are lots of recipes to be found in the book & online, but I was curious about tips for shopping for, prepping & storing the large amounts of fruits & veggies for the shakes & smoothies, especially the leafy greens like kale & spinach. And do oranges have to be peeled? And apples cored? Also, is either Greek yogurt or fat-free yogurt a good substitute in a recipe when it calls for sour cream?
