Vitamix presenter's Cashew Cream Cheese Recipe

Today, the presenter for Vitamix, gave a very quick recipe for Cashew Cream Cheese, to the host. It wasn't one of the items he was making, but rattled it off, 5 min. before the Davidless "In the Kitchen with David/Jill" today.

I know that it has raw cashews that have been soaked and drained, but I didn't catch the quantities or procedures.

It's not on the Vitamix recipes that include Cashew Milk, Cashew Cream and Cashew Butter.

Did anyone catch Jan's Cashew Cream Cheese Recipe, today?

If you'll google cashew cream cheese, you'll find some recipes.

I don't know about the recipe you're searching for, but I've been interested in a Vitamix soup and they did the same thing in the presentation.

I couldn't find the recipe either online or in my Vitamix cookbook.
