<h3>Vanilla Ice Cream</h3>

Ingredients:

1 cup half and half or whole milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup nonfat milk (optional)
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 cups ice cubes

Directions:

Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.


Select the ""Frozen Desserts"" program setting. Press Start.


Use tamper to press the ingredients into the blades and allow machine to complete programmed cycle.


Serve immediately. Makes 5 cups.

I wish I had vanilla BEANS instead of the "extract", which has an alcohol aftertaste. yuck!

Sounds fabulous! I could almost buy one of those machines. It was fun to watch a host who doesn't ""know"" more than the product expert. You go Jacqui.
