Vitamix French Onion Soup

Did anyone buy the Vitamix TSV from last November?  I'm looking for the ingredient amounts from the French Onion Soup demo.  I have the show on my DVR and I'm pretty sure I got the amounts right, but I just wanted to make sure.  Thanks for any help (I thought they said the recipe was on page 74 of the book, but I'm not certain).

 

3 TBSP EVOO
4 cups onions, sliced
2 garlic cloves peeled and cut into 4 slices
1 TBSP Kosher salt
1/2 tsp granulated sugar
1/4 tsp dried thyme leaves
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
2 cups beef broth
1/4 cup dry white wine
6 slices baguette bread
3 slices Swiss cheese
