I have some Velveeta leftover from Christmas. I want to use it up, but I don't plan on making macaroni and cheese or Rotel dip until next year this time.

What are your favorite ways to use Velveeta?

I'm in a good mood, so I'll even welcome the food police.

Grilled cheese sandwiches.

Love it for grilled cheese sandwiches and homemade mac and cheese - that freezes well for future use!

Tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwiches. It's comfort food on my list, second only to chicken and dumplings.

OMG, I LOVE thick homemade chicken and dumplings!!! Wish I had an old fashioned recipe for it (but not too time consuming)!!

I vote grilled cheese too. Prepare it like you would for the stove top, but pop it in the oven. I like the bread extra crunchy. It's also good in omelets or nachos.

Mix it with some good salsa, heat in the microwave to melt it and mix it altogether for a dip to enjoy with tortilla chips on NYE or NYD during the football games.
