Vegans

Martha Stewart had a good show today about Vegans. As usual, her shows are very thorough. I've been thinking about becoming a vegan for some time. My nephew has just become a vegan after reading about fish farming in Time magazine. I ordered some books from the library to learn more. Any one else want to try? Is there any new vegans out there? How is it going?
