Came across this while looking up another recalled item on Costco's website.

Hopefully, purchasers were notified of this, but lots of expiration dates on the product are involved, so some might still be lurking in freezers.

Dear Costco Member,

Don Lee Farms has been notified by one of its ingredient suppliers of a class II voluntary recall.

The ingredient, flaxseed meal, was used in the production of specific Best By Dates of our 1372617 Organic Chipotle Black Bean Burgers (UPC 087427438135) sold at Costco.

The supplier's voluntary recall was issued because an
unapproved herbicide was found in some lots of their flaxseed meal product.

Upon learning of this voluntary recall, Don Lee Farms Food Safety Team immediately initiated an investigation and, out of an abundance of caution, is
recalling all product associated with the affected ingredient.

No other Don Lee Farms products or Best By Dates are subject to this voluntary recall.
Only the specific Best By Dates below are affected and must be immediately discarded:
12/19/20, 1/16/21, 1/17/21, 1/22/21 and 1/23/21
Don Lee Farms has since replaced the ingredient supplier
