VIKING STOVE KNOB QUESTION

Viking stove owners,

 

Apparently the ring around the burner knob came lose? Crazy, I rarely use the back burner. Anyone know how to secure it so it's not just spinning around. Don't know if this is warranty or not.....just wonder if my cleaning lady knows anything about this?! They just do my floors but she does wipe down my appliances.
