Used Kitchen Aid Stand Mixer for the First Time!

Hi all - you may remember I posted a couple of weeks ago that I was treating myself to my first Kitchen Aid stand mixer for Christmas. I just used it today for the first time and I am thrilled! I used it to mix up meatloaf for dinner, and it was well blended and ready to go in the pan within 30 seconds!! I can't believe how little time and effort it required to blend it well and there was so much less mess and clean up. Like many of you said - I can't believe I didn't get this sooner - and this is only the first time I have used it! It is going to be a fun year in the kitchen {#emotions_dlg.thumbup}
