Update on using my zo breadmachine

I love this machine! So far I have "baked" a rye bread, a banana nut bread, and a sun-dried tomato and Parmesan cheese bread. The smell of the tomato bread was so good I could barely wait for it to be done. My DH and I use a dehydrator for some of the many tomatoes we grow. The bread was just like eating a slice of pizza, only better--and I'm not even Italian!
