Update on problems with Harry and David

I told my sister that I never received her gift, the "Fruit of the Month Club" for May, a few days ago, and she immediately contacted Harry and David. She must be one of their best corporate clients, because as soon as she contacted them, they rushed to get my order out by express shipping!

She emailed me that it had shipped out a few days ago. I was so happy about it. Well, today the FedEx truck pulled up with the box. I opened it and every single papaya was rotten!!

I was so disgusted and called Harry and David. The lady told me that I had received the VERY LAST of the papaya for the season! She said that they were probably already too ripe when they shipped them out, but that she didn't have any more of them to ship! I was astounded!

I told her that for the past 5 weeks I was told that they weren't ready to ship yet and were still green on the trees! She said that wasn't true at all, and that they had been shipping them out during the month of May, when I was supposed to get them!

Well, she said that she would send me some organic cherries as a replacement order. They were one of the June choices. She said that they would arrive sometime during the month of June. So, here we go again, waiting for another box of fruit!{#emotions_dlg.scared}
