Thanks for the info.

I love poaching a chicken to  make stock, chicken salad, etc.

Next time I'll think about adding the feet.

 

The feet are full of protein also.

If you have any pets, grind up the feet and add to their food.

 

What did you do with the feet?

@software I gave them to my neighbor. They have a Rottweiler and she said he devoured them. The bones were so soft because I simmered the stock for 10 hours. He had no problem chewing them lol

I've done chicken feet before. I don't even bother anymore. I didn't think they made a difference, but my carcass stock already gels anyway.
