Yes, the produce farms are next to cattle feedlots.

In Yuma, Arizona (Summer 2018 Outbreak), a cattle feedlot in

Wellton, Arizona (130,000 head) is only 30 miles away from

the Yuma Produce Farms. 

 

The E. coli O157:H7 strain only originates in animals,

with the primary source of cattle.  

 

Cattle, in this case, of only 30 miles away.
