Just the way the Q works.  

I don't believe this IS the way the Q works. QVC makes the choice of what they'll sell and what they'll pay the manufacturer of a product they're interested in. The manufacturer doesn't pay QVC for airtime. QVC also decides when a product will be marketed and on what shows. It makes MARKETING sense to have a TSV on a variety of different types of shows as well as show the TSV in a time slot/hour of its own.

I'm about tired of all the prepared foods and everry thing else not associated with the kitchen shows .
