True? You should not soak Temp-tations?

Another poster described a call to Temp-tations about a cracked lasagna dish.

Temp-tations said that she "MUST HAVE SOAKED THE DISH IN DISH WATER."

Is that true?--- that Temp-tations should not be soaked? I have not heard this in any of the presentations.

I always soak my dishes before washing them, although so far have not had a problem. I'm wondering if I should be more careful.
