The turkey gravy base appears to be gluten free but it says "this product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come in contact with wheat/gluten, tree nuts,fish, eggs, milk, peanuts, soy". If you are celiac I wouldn't chance it but I am gluten sensitive and I will chance it.
