Have you tried it?

What's the texture?

Is it ok or is it good?

Re: Trader Joe's has gluten free stuffing mix

Thank you ladies! I was diagnosed with celiac last December and was starting to get sad about this Thanksgiving (silly, I know as there are much worse things in life). Love knowing their are some options for me out there and am off to Williams Sonoma/Trader Joes tomorrow. Thanks!!

I haven't had their gluten free stuffing before so I can't tell you about the texture, etc. Sorry but I love the turkey gravy concentrate.

Haven't tried it - don't remember them having it last year.

Paid a lot last year at a local gluten free shop.

Somebody needs to let me know if this stuff is good. I use to make chicken breasts with stuffing, which my kids love. I could also have stuffing for Thanksgiving, which would be great.

Is the gravy concentrate gluten free as well?

Re: Trader Joe's has gluten free stuffing mix

Nycgirl79, I have a gluten/wheat intolerance, not celiac, but I avoid that stuff most of the time. A teeny residual bit won't bother me but one entire noodle can make me sick for half a day Smiley Sad Corn doesn't sit well either and too much rice bothers me, so generally I'm grain-free.

I just found some black bean spaghetti noodles at my Costco (Lancaster, PA) and I'm anxious to try them. My hubby wants chicken corn soup for supper and I just realized I also have some Cellophane Bean Thread Noodles (Roland brand) that I plan to use in my portion Smiley Wink I hope it tastes good!!

I don't usually go for "gluten-free" options because they can be full of a lot of other junk food that isn't good for blood sugar levels but I figure these bean-based ones might not be too bad and they will satisfy an urge for "pasta/noodles."

Now if this stuffing is good, we should have some really good meals going on!
