It's fresh, not frozen. On 10/2/2014 Chi-town girl said:On 10/2/2014 tucsongal said:TJ's had the kringle at the table/bar where they prepare & offer samples. And I think they keep them in the open freezer section by the dessert items-pies, cakes ice cream. Asking a store employee is your best bet, esp if they have temporarily sold out.Where do you find the kringle? I looked around but didn't see it and didn't ask. Now I'm just too intrigued!
Thanks, I didn't realize it was frozen.
OK I see. Thanks for the clarification.

I can't wait to see what's new and exciting, although I'm definitely stocking up on more of those yummy chocolate croissants and I want to try the cookie butter ice cream.
Frankly, I don't "get" the whole pumpkin thing - I've never cared for it. Every so often I'll try something new in pumpkin, but it's always, "Meh!"
One thing I have to get is dog kibble - my girls don't care for kibble, but they'll scarf down the one from TJs.
BTW, for you TJ fans who are also on FB, there's a Trader Joe's group where they discuss new items, what's good, and share recipes, so check it out. I also saw several Trader Joe's cookbooks in Ollie's, if you have one in your area.
FunkyHulaGirl do you know the name of that Group on Facebook? Maybe post a link please?

I went pumpkin WILD today!
I got the pumpkin O's cookies...MUCH better than the Oreo Pumpkin Spice, IMO. Pumpkin brittle, pumpkin O's cereal, pumpkin granola, pumpkin cornbread, pumpkin biscotti, pumpkin soup and pumpkin croutons to go in it, our FAVORITE - pumpkin bread pudding and something new - Pumpkin Pie Mochi ice cream.
Can you tell we love pumpkin? Winter squash too.
On the healthy side, I got organic pumpkin puree (I mix it with non-fat Greek yogurt and spices - my own pumpkin yogurt with no extra sugar). Plus a container of red, purple & green seedless grapes.
I almost forgot - on the way out, I saw Pumpkin Body Butter - I loved the summer Coconut - the pumpkin smells delish!
