Torani/Monin/Da Vinci Syrups - What do you do with them?

I have just received my SodaStream machine which was a recent TS on the southern channel. I was a little concerned about the reviews that I read concerning their drink syrups so I ordered several Torani/Monin/Da Vinci syrups online. The overall idea for me is to use this to get me to drink more water and perhaps lose a little weight while I'm at it.

Does anyone use these syrups for anything other than a coffee/tea flavoring? If so, can you share your recipes?
