I'm eating my first tomato sandwich of the season! Only one of the things about summer that I love, but they're right up there near the top. Today is an organic heirloom Cherokee red on whole wheat bread with Duke's mayo. Ahhhhhh. Wonder why "they" can't figure out how to give us real tomatoes all year 'round?
