Ive never owned a pressure cooker and was wondering if the meat , especially roast, comes out real tender? It seems like now I have to cook roasts at least 6 or 7 hours to get it tender.Ive always wanted a pressure cooker and wanted an oval one because they look like they would hold more.

Also, is this a good size ? I like to cook a big enough roast to last several days.
