I absolutely hated brussel sprouts until my husband made them for me. First you steam them until they are done and then put them in a pan with some salt (if needed), olive oil, 1 tbsp. lemon juice and fresh garlic. Saute them until the garlic is soft and done. That's it. They taste completely different. You won't even know that you are eating brussel sprouts.{#emotions_dlg.rolleyes} I hope you get the nerve to try this. You won't be sorry.
