I make a few items the night before, I would make the pies( refrigerated pie dough) or buy them at a good store near you (like Fresh Market), and the mac&cheese on wed. after work. That just leaves you with the main course and the squash on Thanksgiving. You will do fine!!

Thanks collie. Now that I look at it, it's not a lot.

I will have to make an effort to hide the mac and cheese in the fridge. It tends to evaporate when I make it the night before.

Get your flu shot...because I didn't.
