Those who ordered Kitchen Aid TSV stand mixer-- need answer please

I finally got around to opening the QVC box on this item because I wanted to send in the rebate for the grinder and discovered it had been packed with only styrofoam and NOT in a Kitchen AID STAND MIXER BOX. sO THERE is NO upc CODE TO CUT OUT. i FEEL ALMOST LIKE i GOT A RECONDITIONED MACHINE.

For those of you who also ordered this item, did yours come packed this way?
