This weeks treat for staff - Cheesecake

Figured I'd do something "special" since this is our last week of shutdown.  Next week, we will be limited but back to some "normal" activities.

 

Haven't made cheesecake in awhile.

Actually I am planning on making one this afternoon to take to my son's home tomorrow after not seeing them for 7 weeks.  Missed Easter and my grandson's 2nd birthday.  So cheesecake and presents to open, not to mention all the Easter candy in the children's Easter sacks.  Your staff is very lucky, looks delish!!
