Things are pretty back to normal here so I guess this will be the last week of baking.

Our staff and complex returns to 100% on Monday.  I will say I've enjoyed baking through this and trying some new recipes.

Today I made mini black forest bundt cakes with cherry fresh whipped cream.

oops toothpicks optional ...this was to keep the press n seal from sticking to whipped cream...

I wonder if the staff , after enjoying the fabulous treats you baked for them, now have a few extra pounds to lose 😋!
I can’t help but notice all the chocolate ganache that has dripped underneath....may I borrow a spoon ? Lol

Sure I scraped the ganache up to re-use ...what better than a spoon straight from the container🙂

You're probably right about those extra pounds but I don't think they're too concerned haven't asked me to "stop" and I already told them this maybe the last since going back to "normal"

They said "hey this is the new normal"🙂
