A cooking blog I read raved about these. I really need a good, reliable meat thermometer. I tried a cheap digital one but it never moved off of 145 degrees and I took it back. I have an inexpensive, non-digital one but it measures really slow.

Don't mind spending some bucks to get a really good one. Anyone use or have the Thermapens? Love the colors they come it.
