The new TSV 2 quart Pressure Cooker....HELP?!

I just recieved the 2 quart Cooks Essentials Pressure Cooker that was a TSV a few weeks ago along with Bob Wardens cookbook, "Slow Food Fast". The recipes in the book look absolutely amazing. Seriously, I can tell why it's Customer Top Rated. My problem is the recipes are for anywhere between 4-10 people and the ingredients just wont fit in the smaller pressure cooker. I can easily cut the listed ingredients in half but I have no idea how to adjust the cooking times. HELP.?! From Jen in California...{#emotions_dlg.confused1}
