I was all excited to order...However when reading reviews am hesitant now.

Reason is was said you cannot put in dishwasher... Also some smells that are hard to get rid of...

I don't grill outside... However I do have an indoor grill which is a pain to clean..

Even though the grids are removable and placed in dishwasher.. Some food stick and like to clean before dishwashing..

Just wondering why the microwave Grill cannot be washed in dishwasher?

Did not have a chance to read the instructions for cleaning?

Thought I'd ask here if anyone has it and can comment?

Just had a chance to watch video tape... Found out it cannot be washed in dishwasher..

I may still order it.. Have to think more on it..

The unit has some holes in the bottom for air circulations that would fill with water if washed in the dish washer or soaked, and this would ruin the device. It cleans very easily. Just takes a couple swipes of a sponge or whatever you use for washing dishes. Cleaning is not a problem nor are odors.
