I called a local bakery to order a cake for a surprise baby shower cake for the research assistant in our department at the University. She does not know and does not want to know the gender of the baby until it is born. She has chosen the traditional Winnie the Pooh motif for the baby's room.
So I asked that the inscription on the cake read: Winnie the pooh, Tigger and Piglet too, here to wait for baby with you.
I just received a call because the bakery girl thought it looked "stupid" when she was handed the sheet and wanted to make sure what she had was right. I told her that, yes the stupid inscription was my idea and that is what I wanted. As I hung up, she was muttering some sort of apology. Whatever.
