I have two really old cookie sheets that are insulated and not submersible in water so you can imagine what kind of shape they are in. These cookie sheets bake the cookies and scone I make evenly and I don't grease them any more I use parchment paper.

I contacted the manufacturer today since I am looking for cookie sheets. They wrote me back that they are now made in China instead of the USA. Too bad!

Yes, unfortunately sometime in 2010, Doughmakers experienced financial difficulties and were sold out to another company.

I love my air-bakes.

I love my air-bakes also. They insure things don't get too brown on the bottom.

I was looking at the Costco website, and noticed they have a set that they call the Artisan Complete Baker's Set, $30.99 with free shipping. I think non-members pay a slight percentage more. This set includes the 13x18-inch baking sheet (Made in USA), a domed lid, a chrome cooling rack and a silicone baking mat. The description lists the baking pan as 18 gauge aluminum, commercial grade. Looks like a great deal.

I also think the set of 6 pans that Wismiss mentioned look like a great deal. I don't know how the pans would compare to the pan in the Artisan Baker Set.

Kitchen Collection does have the nordic ware half sheet for $12.99. (On their website)

I bought mine at SAMs in the restaurant section love them bake great. I think they are full aluminum never "warp", pop or uneven baking. I use parchment to line them.
