The Best Color For A Kitchen Is Blue?

On the Anderson show yesterday he had a nutritionist on and she said the best color so you won't overeat and is calming is blue. Colors like yellow and red cause you to overeat. I never heard that blue would be a good kitchen color, blue to me is more of a bedroom color.
