@GiantsLover, the video is on YouTube. I tried to post the link, but it doesn't work right. Search for Dream Holiday cake and choose the video from 6 days ago. Alberti is in the thumbnail photo.

Thawing instructions are given starting about 5 min 20 seconds in.

@GiantsLover

We had this cheesecake last year for Christmas.  We put it in fridge around noon & served it about 6.

It was perfect, not frozen & delicious!  I'd buy it again🙂

Allen (from Junior’s) always makes a point of saying that you can re-freeze any leftover cheesecake you may have. Just re-wrap it and put it back into the freezer for another time.

FYI: @GiantsLover

If your company is like our family ....you won't have any to re-freeze ...I hate to even admit it but my niece and I "fought" over who got to scrape what was left on the cardboard it sat on.  😉

we are so bad because it was so good!!! Enjoy!!!

@EatWell

Absolutely not 3 days on counter -- it would go bad.

@GiantsLover:  here is the Exact directions...

All of Junior's cakes and cheesecakes will stay fresh in your freezer for up to 6 months. Unused portions may be stored in the refrigerator up to 7 days. Place the cake back in the Junior's box and wrap the box in plastic wrap for storage in the refrigerator or freezer. Cakes may be refrozen.

Cheesecakes are best served at room temperature. Leave frozen cake on counter 3–4 hours prior to serving, or defrost overnight in refrigerator and leave on counter 2 hours.

How to Cut Cheesecake

Cheesecakes are best served at room temperature. Use a warm knife to cut the cheesecake. A chef's knife or cake knife works best. Wipe the knife with a damp towel in between each slice to ensure a smooth cut. Watch for fast hands trying to grab the cut slices! Enjoy!
