In a few weeks we hopefully will be with family and friends giving thanks for many aspects of our lives. How about sharing what we have learned or are grateful for in this forum. Maybe it will help someone that missed it.
I have been so happy to have learned from posters to not use canned spray oil in non stick pans. I had just bought some new Kitchen Aid skillets and have followed that advice and of course other guidelines have had them for about 6 months and they look as good as new. I really think I had ruined some that I thought were a good quality but didn't hold up due to using spray oil.
Just about any question or concern of Kitchen & food talk can be addressed and solved here. TY to all!
