Does anyone know if you can put Temp-tations under the broiler? I'm asking about the little 10 oz. bakers that I want to use to make creme brule and have to "burn" the sugar on top after they're baked and cooled. Looking at the info on Temps, it says oven safe to 500 degrees. Not sure, but I think broiling is more direct heat than baking. Thanks.
