Temp-tations Newbie - VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

My first temp-tations purchase was a figural cassarole baker with mini bakers. I was really excited because I thought my grandkids would get a kick out of them and enjoy dinner at our house a little more. The 2nd time I used the baker I was just heating up a store-bought meatloaf in a 350-degree oven. When I opened the oven door to take it out I heard a loud POPPING sound - the baker had cracked all along the bottom! How can this product be advertised to go from freezer to oven when it cracks just by baking in it?????

I'm past the 30-day return period and the costs of shipping all of the items back doesn't make it worth it. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED and have NO CONFIDENCE in this brand. Does this happen to others???
