Temp-tations Large Oval Tray

I have a larged oval tray in Old World Blue and tonight was cutting up a cornbeef brisket on it, finished that and heard a crack and it had cracked in half. So very disappointing. I have found that other dishes which I have chip easily. Where is the quality control for this product or line?
