Is there another Customer Service telephone number or email address to contact them besides they ones they list on their website?

I purchased from their website a Christmas gift that arrived broken and I have been trying to contact them since with no avail. The phone answers and I get recording after recording telling me that my call will be answered in the order in which it was received, but, no one picks up. So I emailed through their contact us page at the beginning of the week and still have no response.

If anyone has advice on how to get in contact with them, I would greatly appreciate it.

I read on FB that the Temptation CS offices have been closed some due to bad weather. If you are on FB make this known there, and I bet they respond.

Don't bother with the e-mail on their web site, as they never respond to it. The customer service number listed is the best bet, and there have been complaints since Christmas about long hold times. I called a couple of days ago, and got through after about 20 minutes.

They have closed for the bad weather on the east coast, but try next week. Sometimes a posting on FB gets answered, but the answer is always to call the customer service number anyway. Good luck, and usually their CS is good about resolving issues.

Post on FB about your receiving a broken dish from their website and cannot reach customer service. See if that doesn't at least verify the customer service number for you.

Thank you, Tissyanne. I looked them up on facebook and saw that they have been closed due to bad weather and will reopen tomorrow. So I will try to contact them again then.
