Technique Flame Multi-Cooker Ceramic set - anyone have new recipe ideas?

I LOVE this set and have made many of the recipes in the book that came with it. I just want more recipes! I have used some from cookbooks for clay pots and will modify the time to cook in the microwave or use the same times for use in the oven, but am constantly looking for new ways to use this beautiful pot. I came back to get a couple for holiday gufts, but they are sold out. I really like the Flame line and hope we get more. Thanks for any ideas you have.
