What do you choose as your hot beverage, a cup of tea or coffee?

I do fancy a cup of tea with cream and sugar.

I love black tea with lemon and a touch of sweetener. I love it hot or iced. I never developed a taste for coffee, unless a it's a mocha frappachino.

My husband and I used to always drink coffee, but upon hearing that theaflavin (a plant flavonoid in black tea) was helpful against the prior SARS coronavirus (SARS-CoV), we started drinking black tea exclusively.  My kids are drinking it every day, now, too. It would be awesome if the theaflavin in black tea could also reduce the viral replication of the latest coronavirus, Covid-19, in human cells.  Here's hoping!  (I have always liked black and green tea, and even hot chocolate on occasion, in addition to coffee.)

Coffee in the morning then I switch to green tea or jasmine in the afternoon.

I like hot coffee and tea as well as iced tea. I drink with no cream, no sugar.
