Tea I'm Loving in February!

[ Edited ]

HeartTea I'm Loving in February!Heart

I just cracked open a can of Mariage Freres Marco Polo tea I have been hoarding for after the holidays!  It is so good!

  • Fragrances of Chinese and Tibetan flowers lend it a uniquely velvety taste
  • Its extraordinary bouquet makes Marco Polo the most legendary of flavored teas
  • This Chinese organic black tea makes a medium to full-bodied tea with wild strawberry and floral (orchid) notes
  • Its extraordinary bouquet makes Marco Polo the most legendary of flavored teas

Glad I saved it for the post holiday cold blues!  I can only find it at Market Hall Foods and Cultured Cup.   It's a splurge tea but you can get it in a pretty black tin that looks good onthe counter!  Woman Wink

On a second and more realistic note, I like Twinings teas a lot for every day.  They have some good morning teas, Assams, and their organic teas still have some flavor.

Do you drink more tea or coffee in the mornings?  I have never been a morning coffee drinker except for iced lattes in the hot months.

Re: Tea I'm Loving in February!

Hello Sooner,

I have a few:

A new concoction - I brew very strong Organic Peppermint tea - to which I add a few drops Madigascar Organic Vanilla,  - I drink it over ice and it is super refreshing.

I just started brewing two teas at once for a lovely result:

Organic Turmeric Tea (bag)

Organic Ginger Tea (bag)

I brew them strong, I drink it hot and with either a lil squirt of fresh squeezed lemon or orange.  It's really tasty.

My daily standby for mid afternoon is usually Stash Organic Earl Grey....so fragrant and always consistent - a delicious standard.

Re: Tea I'm Loving in February!

@MoonieBaby THANK YOU!  My husband likes mint tea and we have peppermint and Moroccan mint both AND we have some vanilla tea that we got in an assortment!  We will try that.

You have some good recipes!  Twinings has big jars of teas on sale in December usually and the jars are beautiful and the assortments are great.  So I have one I bought for me this year with some for gifts!

You have inspired me to combine things!  LOL!!!
