Tapioca Pudding - Memories from being a kid

I am 57 and missing my mom who passed away last year - was in the grocery store today and the Minute Tapioca box caught my eye. I just finished making some - hubby says he'll 'try it' but that's ok - if he doesn't like it, I can eat it for a few days.

Nothing like a fresh made batch of Tapioca Cream pudding served in my cute Fiesta colorful bowl topped with a maraschino cherry! Memories of being 8 years old in the 60's and my momma making this for me Smile

If I brought it in to work, the young ladies would say 'ewwwww, what is that?' LOL
