Does anyone know if you can start with frozen chicken breasts or steaks, or whatever, or does everything have to not be frozen? Hope someone answers quickly before the clock strikes midnight again or the color I want sells out. Thank you.

I don't know about the new one....but on the old one I had, the outside burned before the inside was cooked all the way when I tried Chicken Breasts..

There are several documents for the TSV that QVC has attached. The Use & Care document states how to cook frozen hamburgers. Not sure if it goes into more detail for various other frozen foods.
Generally speaking, hamburgers in a regular pan tend to do quite well when cooked from frozen, but like the earlier post, chicken will probably burn before cooking through.

Never tried chicken breasts, but I used to do tenders right from the freezer when they were still a big block of frozen chicken.
If I wanted to make Zatarain's rice with chicken I didn't have to thaw it ahead.
I'd put the block on the grill with the Styrofoam layer still on top.
I'd let it heat until it steamed enough to remove the lid and separate the tenders.
Then I'd take them off before they were completely cooked, cut in cubes, cook until done and add them to my rice.
I did frozen burgers all the time.
Not sure a thick chicken breast would cook evenly enough.

I cook frozen chicken breasts on my foreman grill all the time. It is an older model. Use my grill often.

This new GF grill has a temp control nob on top of the lid. Its not mention thru most of the demos. So I'm sure frozen chicken breast can be cooked, but theres a learning curve on what temp is the best. Also, this grill only has one heating element on the top portion, broil fuction use, concerned this may not be an even sear on grilled foods. Plus reviews at Macys (different model) were mixed on this new ceramic plate being non-stick, some loved it and others hated it. Had a GF long ago, it died right after the warrenty lapsed. Now I cook food the old fashion way, lol, a stove.

I notice that they still have the grease tray that just sits on the counter. I wonder why they cannot make is a situation where it slides into a slot on the machin like other brands.
I also notice that the grates are very small on this one. I also see that they still slope down so if you don't hurry up and put the lid down th efood slides off. I just saw that with hamburgers.
It would be so easy to have the grates all come up to the same vertical level, while the area between the grates is what slopes down to let the fat fall into the grease tray.
NOthing against GF. I like him. But I just don't care for his grills. I always have a contact grill on one of my counters (of course I had a cover made for it . hehe) but I prefer having an even grilling surface and the bottoms, between the grates, slope down toward one end where there is a grease tray that slides in below it. I'm too klutzy to have a grease tray just sitting on the counter in front of the grill.

Not sure about cooking frozen chicken breasts. I always butterfly mine before freezing them. They cook so much quicker and more evenly. You might try that. Did anyone notice when the presenter did the "smores" under the broil function that only part of the marshmallows browned? When she lifted the lid, only part of the broiler element was red. I love the idea of the broiler function, just not sure it would broil evenly. I read reviews on other GF grills that have the ceramic plates and food sliding off was a problem because it was so slippery. Great for cleanup but dangerous with hot food IMO.

Even if this is the case, the several demos yesterday made it clear that the food was evenly cooked.
We're looking forward to receiving this latest modell as a replacement for our ancient GF.
