TSV Knife Set: Exchange Question

I purchased the knife set that was a TSV last week. I didn't really like the pattern I chose so I wanted to exchange. I have never exchanged anything with QVC before so I didn't know how it worked.

Can someone please explain the exchange process? Do I have to pay anything extra for shipping or what?

Sorry that I don't know, but I never have exchanged anything.
