Superfine Sugar

For years I had no problem finding superfine sugar, although I rarely used it. I recently purchased a cookbook of donut recipes, and they almost all call for superfine sugar. I've looked everywhere for it, but no one seems to carry it anymore. Do any of you know of a place that does? I'm in (no surprise) Tennessee.

I wonder if using regular granulated sugar would make a big difference....
